    Thanks for the free download! At 76 I doubt I’ll be involved in leadership of anyone other than myself, but as long as I live I try to learn something every day because new skills can only help me survive in an always changing world.

    Thank you for the free download. I’m just over halfway through and I have already recommended it to 3 more junior sergeants to read. This book is outstanding. I just ordered the printed addition because I want to be able to reference/share the lessons within.
