      Which is ~$640 dollars when adjusted for inflation. Still lower than todays $1000 but not by that extreme.

    Yeah and they didn’t telegraph you the day after asking for a donation, or to see if you were ready to renew your membership. However in order to become an instructor you did just have to have a pulse, and some money.
