Is this a training tool for security clearance?
Security clearances don’t require training, they are applied for, not trained. People working for the Government have to do separate training based on the level of clearance they have been granted.
So the answer is no and yes, depending on what you actually meant.

There’s still the slim (vanishingly small) chance that some Federal prosecutor will actually read the laws (and thus see no component for intent) and recommend charges. Law enforcement’s word has some weight but not the final say.
No, the AG announced that she would not be charged. Now there are other laws she broke, namely Federal record keeping laws, but it’s not going to happen. While I wish it would, the law obviously doesn’t apply to all in this country.

One set of laws and standards for the ruling class, and another for the subjects. I cannot put into words how disgusted I am with the blatant hypocrisy, corruption, and arrogance of HRC and the absolute abandonment of the principles regarding rule of law within our justice system just because of someone’s last name and political aspirations. There’ve been enough threats, coercion, and bribes from her camp in the last year alone that would put any third world despot to shame.
If lying corrupt politicians like Hitlery ignore laws, then why shouldn’t we collectively do the same? At this point, we should all practice mass non-compliance, screw abiding the law as guys like us are treated like criminals anyway in this pathetic country.

I thought it strange that charges were not recommended. Then I watched the hearing today. Did any of you watch it? Comey explained pretty well why he thought a prosecution wasn’t viable. Reasonable people may disagree, but I thought he did a good job of explaining things.
Comey lied poorly and people obviously bought it.

I’m not trying to change your mind, but I don’t think Comey is a liar. Why would he lie about this? Are you a federal prosecutor? They turn down cases all the time that they don’t think they can win, cases that seem to have better evidence. Since none of us were involved in the investigation, I don’t see how you can call the man a liar. Stupid, he sure ain’t.
I see it as Comey protecting his retirement plan for the “no charges” but then giving the Republicans a way to go after her in the rest of his speech.
