Pretty sharp looking knife. I’d like to hold it in my hand vs. a benchmade griptillian.

    Has gerber’s quality improved much?
I don’t think I know another knife lover who actually likes gerber products.

I like the slant on the thumb studs.

My first assisted opening knife, a Kershaw, tended to hang up when the thumb stud dragged on my thumb. I modified it by taking my Foredom rotary tool to the stud, incorporating a slant generally similar to this one. It really improved performance, and made failed openings a thing of the past.

Way to knock off Spyderco’s wire pocket clip and Kai/Kershaw’s KVT. Seems as if Gerber is going the direction of Sog – knock off everyone else’s design elements. Their Bear Grylls garbage was probably a clue as to the downward direction of their quality.
