I’ll stick to purchasing from Tactical Distributors.. I think they have a better return policy and customer service then from Arc’y itself. There is a physical store by my house and after a few disappointing transactions I avoid it like the plague. I love the product though!
How so? Isn’t Arc’teryx have lifetime guarantees? (not familiar with TD although i’ve window shopped on there). for more commercial gear I usually go to shops like Moosejaw that have better sales and if you create an account you get something like 5% credit back on each purchase plus free shipping most of the time.
No LEAF tab in the app yet. That makes me kinda sad in the pants.
