ya…this is a bad idea… much like the mini Maglite in woodland, I thought I was real cool with that one till it fell off of my LCE in Kentucky somewhere, and the camo worked..dammit..
Did I ever tell you guys about the time I was attending a course at the Rascon School of Combat Medicine at Fort Campbell and found a camo maglite laying on the ground?
Or maybe it was the one time I was at Zussman on Fort Knox, I don’t remember. Anyway it looked like it had just fell off somebody’s kit and laid there.
oh ya bastard… not like I haven’t claimed my fair share of the five finger discounts… karma’s a biotch eh..
Gotta sell camo lanyards with em :p
For what purpose?
Actually, as that camo is designed to mimic tree braches and leaves several feet up from the ground, those tools will stand out pretty well if dropped on the ground. 😉
Still a pretty dumb idea though – but I bet the same folks that buy Real Tree curtains and lingerie will buy these too…
This is exactly it. My GF’s ex and parents have whole bedspreads in mossy oak (note, only one of them has really been a hunter and this isn’t a bunk house where that would be cool)…it’s like the mossy oak couch you find at bass pro- it’s made because someone will buy it.
What’s next is these tools in multi-cam or Kryptek…gotta make that money of Joe.
Mmmm… Multicam.
I’d better start saving up.
🙂
The old adage…Suckers are born every minute.
It is like redneck Vera-Bradly. I prefer my tools be shiny and or day glow orange.
