At the 2017 NRA Annual Meetings and Exhibits, Daniel Defense will be debuting their new suppressor, the DD Wave. The DD Wave features “advanced cascading “wave” baffle geometry”, a design which is intended to more effectively attenuate sound when compared to traditional baffle styles. The Wave is 3D-printed, and consists of a one-piece design constructed of stainless steel, Inconel, and titanium – salt bath nitrided with a Cerakote finish. The wave is compatible with .30 cal cartridges and will be offered in 1/2-28 and 5/8-24 thread pitches, either Direct Thread attachment, or a tool-less, quick detach mount to a 17-4PH stainless steel muzzle device.
