Rampart Range Day 2017 – Night Vision Devices

While Night Vision Devices offers a full range of image intensification and thermal systems, their Binocular Night Vision Device upgrade program is quite interesting.

What Night Vision Devices is offering law enforcement agencies in Canada and the US as well as internationally, is the ability to upgrade two existing PVS14s into a dual tube google. This service runs around $2500. One of the ways NVD controls cost is by harvesting as many components from the legacy monocular as possible. Considering the cost of a new BNVD is at least three times that, it’s a great alternative for those organizations who have PVS14s, but want to upgrade their capabilities.

Am I missing something? The monocular nvds in rhe photo look like pvs14’s, not pvs7’s.

I think someone’s fingers engaged before their brain. I know Eric knows the difference if he wrote that. I have certainly made much more egregious typo’s in my day.

Yeah, thanks. I apologize. Big typo. I was writing this before heading out the door this AM.
