Ryan Johnson himself ran me through the new Utsidihi. I asked where the name came from and he explained that it is the Cherokee name for Man Killer. Right then and there I was hooked.
It’s made from a steel they’ve recently started using, Nitro-V which is a high performance stainless steel. It’s 1/8″ oversized in thickness and was designed as a simple, affordable, low profile knife at $175. It has a 3.25″ blade with optional serrations. As you can see, the skeletonized handle accepts 550 cord for those who want the added traction, but RMJ plans to offer a G10 handle kit you can add on.
