Does the Gen IV solve the problem the older variants have which prevent the Gen 3 PMag from fully seating in the pouch?

Mystery Ranch is already using these buckles on their newer rucks. I look forward to picking up some gear with them. One would make a really nice replacement for the buckle on my AVS!

  To be clear, Mystery Ranch is not using these. The new USSOCOM-issue rucks use the National Molding buckles.
