These upcoming Board Shorts from LBX Tactical are yet another indicator of the brand’s continued effort to expand into different areas while keeping the Tactical customer as their core focus.
In this case, the Board Shorts will be great for physical fitness and combatives training.
They feature an elastic comfort waist band and internal compression shorts.
There is also a zippered pocket for ID or other valuables.
Finally, the Black color is offset with Woodland camouflage along the legs.
Coming late summer with the Black/Woodland version first, followed by Grey version with a greyscale Woodland accent.

What’s next, posing trunks?
Any idea on the length of the shorts?
They look way too long.
Way too long? I dont understand dudes that like those duh dun dun dun skivvies with your balls suffocating and sweating…shorts on MEN should be at least knee length.
Shorter shorts work better across multiple fitness activities. It sucks to go for a run, then hop in the water for a swim and have your shorts constantly catching your knees.
Plus, shorter shorts makes your ass look great.
Length on average falls just above the knee for most so the leg opening doesn’t catch during transition movements
That was what I was wondering about. I hate the basketball shorts trend in workout clothing. If I wanted something in capris length, I would buy capris.
Nice. These check almost all of the boxes of what I desire in workout shorts.
I too wish to tell everyone at my CrossFit gym/box/prison yard that I operate.
They look good; but I wish they didn’t have a liner. Maybe I’m crazy, but board shorts shouldn’t have a liner.
Agree. Seeing the liner I had flashbacks to the Navy PFU shorts, literally the worst set of clothing I ever encountered when I served. And that’s saying something when you consider the crap (CNT, 100% polyester SDW, 100% polyester PFU tee shirt, NWU1s, etc.) we were issued/compelled to purchase.
Look decent, but as with others I have two problems. Hopefully the inseam will be available in a 7″ or even a bit shorter model. More importantly I’d never buy them with a liner, some might say to just remove it, but I’m not into paying an arm and leg for something to then partially destroy it.
They do look promising though.
