In order to enhance our long term growth, we are looking for an experienced, creative and driven Industrial Designer to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Designs, develops, and tests processes for producing prototypes

• Produces detailed designs and/or CAD drawings

• Provides technical expertise on products and processes

• Creates and updates master files so they may be used to inform production and sales

• Reviews product details and make corrections as necessary

• Creates 3D modeling of ideas and concepts

• Creates prototype printing of designs

• Develops and constructs prototype designs

• Designs and develops presentation boards

• Creates BOM and quality documentation

• Organizes project folders

• Understands and applies future trends in design, technology, and materials

• Communicates concepts and ideas through verbal, visual, and written means

• Understands the needs and desires of our customers

• Collaborates with Sales, Marketing and management team to translate project goals into relevant design solutions

• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design

Minimum of five (5) or more years of Industrial Design experience within a manufacturing environment with includes the following skills:

• Knowledge of current resources in the tactical gear industry, required

• Technical 3D modeling ability required in Solid Edge or SolidWorks

• 3D printing skills

• 3D CAD modeling
