    Eh, not sure that would feel comfortable under the laces like that? My boots flex a lot when I’m wearing them, moving, all activities, etc… I used to place any E&R kit I need under the insole or sewed into the waist band of my pants.

      He talked a bit about that concern on IG, they’re primarily designed around padded tongues . Can debate the merit of having all your escape tools in one spot anyway, but it would be a great spot for a friction saw and wouldn’t have to cut seams.
