Kit Badger has produced a video to address the issue of the ATF seemingly arbitrarily declaring the Q Honey Badger Pistol is an SBR, regulated under the National Firearms Act.
This move forces all Honey Badger Pistol owners time either Form 1 their pistol to create a Short Barreled Rifle or surrender it to the ATF.

Abolish the ATF!
As someone who grew up in North Idaho in the early 90s I will never forget
August 21 and 22, 1992. RIP Sammy and Vicki.
Fist off, I will say I in now way support what the ATF is doing with the Honey Badger.
That said, really who didn’t see this coming. I foresaw this coming immediately after the whole pistol stabilizer thing took off a few years ago. It went back and forth then (a little), and I knew this would be result.
What needs to happen is the NFA act needs to be overhauled. SBR’s and suppressors need to come out of the NFA, or at least something needs to change. Also, I agree a LE agency of the Fed gov. should not be determining law. their job is to enforce laws enacted by congress, not create and enforce, which seems to violate the separation of powers under the constitution. The BLM (Bureau of Land Management/not the other one) is another Fed LE that is able to enact their own laws, however that is a power that was given to them by Congress in the ’70’s. just doesn’t sit right, one entity having the power to create and enforce their own legislation?
