Initially designed for a US Army Next Generation Squad Weapon candidate, the MOE SL-M Carbine Stock is a bit shorter than what you are used to seeing.
Turns out, it’s also great for use with PDWs and is optimized for Mil-Spec PDW length receiver expressions. It will still fit full length “buffer tubes”, but the front end of the stock will not meet up with the receiver.
Despite its smaller stature, it’s got all of the Magpul bells and whistles.
-Internal release latch feature mitigates rattle and wobble
-Ambidextrous shielded adjustment lever
-Angled toe for easy shouldering
-Non-slip rubber butt-pad
-1.25″ ambidextrous sling loop
-Accepts M-LOK QD Sling Mount for QD sling swivel capability
It will be offered in Black and FDE.
Interesting combo on the MCX. Legacy upper with one of the new M4 adapters. Is that a SIG or Magpul promo? Looks like a nice combination on that MCX either way.
Reminds me of LWRC’s compact stock.
It sure does… Looks like a good stock for my son’s 13.7″ (pin/welded of course) AR that we’re going to assemble this summer.
Hopefully they’re readily available.
