Sterling, VA: As part of their relentless pursuit of creating the best possible customer experience and in response to increased demand from Europe, Qore Performance announced an expansion to their DDP or Delivered Duty Paid program with shipping carrier (and customer) FedEx. This expansion of DDP will allow international customers in DDP-eligible countries to receive their orders directly from Qore Performance in two to five business days, direct to their doorstep.
DDP service leverages FedEx’s incredible air cargo network and allows customers to pre-pay their duties and customs during checkout on the Qore Performance website. The result means FedEx delivers orders directly to the customer. The receiving experience is nearly identical to that of a normal domestic shipment.
“DDP means we handle all logistics and shipping, without making our customers deal with brokers, agents, or bureaucrats. That’s certainly the experience we would want as customers! So expanding DDP service is a big priority for us, and you’ll see even more countries come online soon,” said J.D. Willcox, Qore Performance Co-Founder and CFO.
FedEx DDP Service is now available on Qore Performance.com, populating automatically during checkout for the following countries: Canada, France, Germany, South Korea, The United Kingdom, Switzerland, Czechia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, and Poland.
