To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding Marketing Manager will be someone who’s expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.


·     Craft, curate and manage the brand image, look and feel in accordance with vision of  Director of  Marketing and CEO  

·     Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies

·     Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts

·     Generating marketing qualified lead to hand over to the Blue Force Gear Sales Professionals

·     Increasing brand awareness and market share

·     Developing and gaining advocacy from content creators for earned media

·     Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments

·     Developing and managing the marketing department’s budget

·     Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns

·     Managing the marketing department’s staff

·     Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management

·     Promoting our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events

·     Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends

·     Creating and editing original copy that is accurate, well-researched, and meets company needs and deadlines. 

·     Ensuring all public-facing marketing communications are consistent with an external writing style guide (MLA or AP) and the Blue Force Gear brand style guide. 

·     Speaking with internal and external parties to learn about their content needs. 

·     Conducting research to formulate ideas or support writing. 

·     Learning about the target audience for copy. 

·     Assisting in other aspects of the creative or research processes to create cohesive, accurate content for websites, social media, sales collateral, press releases, and advertising. 

Education and Experience:

·     Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar

·     A master’s degree in a relevant field will be advantageous

·     At least four years’ experience in a Marketing Role


·     Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software such as HubSpot Marketing, Emotive SMS

·     Understanding, knowledge, and execution of SEO best practices

·     Proficient in managing content creators and content distribution for on page and off page SEO

·     Affiliate Marketing knowledge and implementations

·     Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding

·     Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities

·     Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
