Just last week I cut the elastic top off an old sock to act a guard for my Omega during FOF training. This is a cool idea.

We did not know that these were used back in the world wars till someone told us and were glad to bring a modern useable spin to it. This will charge solar watches but its truly for watches with lume so that it stays charged for the night portion of your operation.
