Haha, I’m sorry to be off-topic as well but was also curious. I’m pretty sure its something new but based off older designs that we’re all used to. I think it’s one of the Nordic folks or maybe even Central European.
Found it; I knew it looked familiar! It’s “Norwegian Woodland.” You can get a nifty hoody in that pattern at NoRArm

Where can you find the camo they are wearing?
https://norarm.com sells multiple offerings in that pattern. They do not yet do field shirts, but you can find those easily with a search for Norwegian M98 camo shirt.
If you can find it they do print it in NYCO ripstop as well as twill.
The shirt is just an old Norwegian M04 top in the old Norwegian woodland camo. It’s being out-phased by a new woodland pattern. Currently issued in the new packs and a few other minor things, and the main adoption happens with NCU.
