After years of teasing, the ARC Helmet Cover will launch soon.
The ARC Helmet Cover will launch in MARPAT Woodland, MARPAT Desert, MultiCam, Ranger Green, M81, MC Tropic and MC Arid.
It will fit OpsCore SF Fasts (both Next Gen and the Gen prior) as well as USMC ECHs.

Looks like a really solid helmet cover with just about every modern feature you’d expect (battery/counter weight pouch, comms routing, enabler mounting, and rear tie downs to the helmet bolts)…offered in the big color ways.
Also interesting that it will fit OpsCore SF pattern AND high cut ECH helmets, as the high cut ECH’s have more of a MICH 2001 profile IIRC…unless there will be 2 versions.
I wonder if they have any plans to make a full cut variant…there are plenty of ACH and ECH’s, as well as IHPS/NG, that could use a better more modern cover.
Final point…this really does underscore how great it would be if Big Army fielded a high cut helmet. Maybe we can hope in 2026…
The Army keeps teasing us with a promise to move to a high cut IHPS but I’m not holding my breath.
I didn’t even know there were discussions for a high cut IHPS, just that a high cut model of the Avon F90 exists.
Do you have any idea what the holdup is…is it just a low priority funding item or are they still concerned with giving up over the ear protection?
