Earlier this year Magpul came out with a MOLLE compatible pouch for their D-60 Drum Magazine. Immediately, customers started asking for a Made in USA version. Magpul listened and made it happen. Look for these very soon.

Berry compliant? Curious how many military shooters are using the D-60 mag, and their experiences with it?
The Primary and Secondary (P&S) facebook page/forum has some fairly extensive user feedback after several DARC evolutions. Not specifically military per say, but good, un-biased feedback none the less.
SSD, Hope redirects to other sites aren’t out of line with your SOP.
Or are they attached to a government agency maybe? I wonder as well, the surefire 60rd and this Magpul D60 are cool mags but I wonder the true real world applications for them.
The D60 and the M27 IAR go hand in hand.
With the Marines talking about going to three m27’s per fireteam, makes sense that they would look at higher capacity mags again.
A reliable 60rd mag would be really nice in some cases, as long as they don’t expect them to be used/ carried exclusively.30 rounders are easier for reloads ,fit the human body better when carried, tend to be lighter for the same ammo count………..
Where did you read/hear the Corps was thinking of going with 3 IAR’s per firetream? I haves ‘X seen anything about that. If that turns out to be true, it would add credence to those people that claimed the whole IAR program was just an end run around the M16/M4 series to get a new service rifle.
great picture!
The D-60 is pretty cool but I think I’d rather have 2 Pmags in a HSGI X2R taco.
