TacJobs – Under Armour Seeks Manager, Tactical Sales

Under Armour is seeking a Tactical Sales Manager to join their Outdoor Sales Group in Baltimore, Maryland.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all UA related business for Accounts in the UA TACTICAL Channel – from sales presentations, to inquiries regarding orders, shipments and products

Responsible for day to day management of 6 independent rep agencies (total of 36 reps) nationwide

Drive growth with their existing product lines and categories, as well as develop new business initiatives within this channel

QUALIFICATIONS:

Critical Skills
3 years of experience in Sales, preferably working with Independent accounts in the sporting goods, outdoor or tactical industry

Excellent communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills

Needs to possess strong analytical skills and have a firm grasp of retail math

Experience forecasting apparel, accessories and footwear businesses

Direct Account and external rep management – track record of successfully growing revenue and profit

Proven ability to meet deadlines

Problem solver who thinks independently and is a self-starter

Team player with ability to multi-task

Computer Skills:
High level skills with database/spreadsheet programs

MS Office Proficiency

BW reporting within SAP experience a plus

Education:
Bachelor’s degree

Travel:
30% of the time
