I was pretty excited to see the new Nemesis 4.0 and 6.0 GTX from Garmont.
Garmont boots have been very popular with troops because they are so lightweight. Still lightweight, this new style is a serious departure from the T8, with abrasion-resistant nylon uppers reminiscent of a civilian hiker. The Nemesis also features rubber overlays at the toe and heel. They offer a roomy toe box, anatomical tongue (with lace pocket), asymmetric cuff, and heel slide.

I can second the Garmont T8. Both the classic and lightweight are the best boots you can get.
Would like to see some high tech waterproofing on them like schoeller nanosphere or eVent membrane to round out the lineup before going outside AR670. Everyone else is going with old and busted classic goretex.
According to their catalog, there will be a gtx version of the Bifida, NFS, and Extreme. Just wish the LE was offered in Wide szes.
I love my Garmont T6 boots, they have been some of the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn since day one and have never let me down. They also handled hiking through Petra with no problem.
I really like the looks of these new boots, I can see these as a purchase soon.
Big salomon fan here, but these are gonna be my next boot purchase
Were these at SHOT or Outdoor Retailer? And ETA?
I can’t read. Can I just stick with the ETA part?
SHOT
Any idea when these will be available?
I saw on Instagram they said late 2018
Is there any releasedate for the nemesis boot? Are 4.0 and 6.0 available with gtx or just the 6.0?
