Since Arc’teryx’s Interstate Jacket is $499 and not made in the USA, this sounds like a better choice, not to mention the guarantee.
The interstate is a 3L. I’d rather compare it to the Zeta SL which I think retails for $299 and is also a 2.5L.
But it’s hard to compare anything when one uses industry leading WPB fabric and the other uses their own name with no previous history or additional info.
Looks pretty nice.
Anybody tried their pants or boots, any good?
Boots are good for daily use, but for distances over 10 miles at once then not so much. I did swap out the soles recently, and will test again. I didn’t develop any blisters, but on a recent ruck my buddy had a few large ones develop after about 12 miles. Pants are well made and survived multiple GoRuck events without any problems.
No pit zips or vents?
dead on arrival if it doesn’t have that.
