Alpine Dynamics – Hans Tactical Helmet Spike

After a long phase of designing, testing and evaluating in the field Alpine Dynamics is proud to reveal the official Hans Tactical Helmet Spike!

It will be available through their webshop exclusively and the first production run will be strictly limited and numbered.

Since they just got the materials in and production will take a while, the spikes are up for pre-order now and will be shipped out at the beginning of September.

My face when an Austrian company sells larp gear for Austro-hungarian WWI wannabe’s and it gets sold out to the American tacti-weeb crowd. Where’s my detachable doughboy rim?

Actually A-H did not issue this very prussian type of helmet for obvious reasons. But lots of of militaries and poice forces around the world imitated this prussian piece of head gear. Even the USMC. Yes, really. It was that fashionable. In Chile, colombia and Sweden (royal life guard) and a few others it is still part of parade dress. And the famous British bobby üpolice helmet is also related to it.

Actually no it has rock all to do with any of the European spiked helmets I’m afraid . The police helmet Was styled after the short brimmed pith helmet worn by empire troops in warmer climates .

That doesn’t look like a Team Wendy helmet cover or an Agilite helmet cover, who makes that cover?

  4. Joshua says:

We do not recommend other things than to put on your helmet. At least in public. Still, if you use it in other ways, please give us a review 😀
