What You’ll Do:
- Architect and execute a scalable marketing strategy aligned with organizational growth goals.
- Lead brand development, ensuring consistent, powerful messaging across digital, retail, and industry channels.
- Drive go-to-market launches that capture attention and create revenue impact.
- Own digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social, email, content, and e-commerce) to grow reach and conversions.
- Inspire and manage creative teams, agencies, and cross-functional leaders to deliver results.
- Build data-driven campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize every dollar spent.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, customer engagements, and industry events as the face of marketing excellence.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years in progressive marketing leadership in tactical or outdoor gear.
- A proven record of building marketing programs from the ground up and scaling them to exponential growth.
- Deep expertise in digital strategy, content storytelling, ecommerce, experiential retail.
- Executive-level leadership skills with the ability to align marketing, sales, and operations.
- Experienced in industry regulations (Berry Amendment, ITAR, compliance) and digital platform restrictions.
- Passion for the gear — because you’ve used it, trusted it, and know it.
