Here’s a good article on what the folks at Natick do for the American Soldier.

what a load. “helps designs” more likes steals designs.
And they continue to put the helmet cover backwards LOL.
How is it backward?
Man.. I guess my apology/correction did not post. I am a dumb*ss.
It is just ill fitting, not backwards. I will go to my corner and sit there for a while 🙂
Gotta give a guy some respect when he admits he’s wrong.
Anyway, I haven’t been really pleased with the way Natick has went about some of “their designs”. I’ve worked with them before with projects that we were working on at Crane. They seem to be stuck in what I call the Army’s bubble. They know what they need to design and build, but have very little understanding of how designs should be employed.
I wouldn’t call it stealing, because if they were stealing designs, then we might actually have some decent gear. The plate carrier we have now? GARBAGE. Yeah, granted, they definitely stole the TAP idea from alot of different tactical gear companies, but eh, who dont. Plus, the TAP was kinda of a shitty idea anyways. Saw gunners get fucked, and it totally takes away from the shooters preference. Anyways, I’m rambling. Long story short, Natick, get your heads out of your asses and stop trying to reinvent the wheel…
