Looking on Snap-On’s site, it seems that a few of the items like the flashlight and utility knife are made in China and a few of the wrenches and pliers are made in Spain.

I wonder if it really is that much of a money saver for them to make such a large quantity of their tools in the USA and outsource just a few things. Would think just making it all here would be cheaper, but I am not an econ major so…..
