    Looks like koi fish.

they made it like that to match all the heinous tats some service members are fond of…unless there is personal significance and meaning to your tats, I don’t see the purpose of getting one for the cool factor… Better to wait imo on the tat to see if you actually want it years from now. As far as the pattern, I could see some Emergency wilderness types using this, but not if the price overshoots the standard red EMS in price. Cool pattern, okay color I guess (feel like the dark grey should have been something else). Fire Department should make all their unis this color so the military can start pointing the finger at someone else for horrible budget decisions

HiViz patterns like this have a purpose, preventing blue-on-blue incidents during hunting and still conceal in the eyes of deer, as deer isnt able to see colors as humans do.

      • Canuck says:

        As emergency wilderness….

        No.

I dig the entire Kryptek family, even the lesser know like Neptune. The problem I do have with it is that other then Vertx and what Kryptek makes I can’t really find much in the patters.

    • AJ says:

Grey Ghost makes a decent amount of gear in Kryptek (no affiliation, just a fan)

    • RJ27 says:

Kifaru also offers quite a bit in highlander, mandrake, and typhon

    • Felix says:

Velocity Systems makes some Stuff in Kryptek Yeti, HelikonTex uses Mandrake and Highlander, Zentauron offers all their gear in Kryptek, Some Mayflower Gear in Kryptek is also spread around some retailers ;).

    • SubandSand says:

It appears that my Google Fu is weak then.

    • Kris says:

Plenty of gear manufactures use it. For me the hard part is finding clothing, it’s all well and good to have a plate carrier, pack, pouches but I’d like to find a pair of pants and top that won’t break the bank.

      Tru-spec are you listening?

  3. Philip says:

    This is cool.

  4. Matt says:

This would clash with my ginger barnet, so I’ll have to pass, however I love the pattern.

  5. Whitesands says:

Perfect for when we invade Hell!

  6. RJ27 says:

This is awesome. I am a big kryptek fan. I do wish it was a little more toward the blaze side, but this will still be an awesome addition to the lineup.

  7. Bo says:

Every firefighter in the country will get a boner when they see this. I know I did!

  8. Reverend says:

Okay. THIS one won me over, because that just would be BADAZZ for Halloween, or a Rock concert!

  9. Kaos-1 says:

    Make a cool VS-17 panel

  10. AF says:

Looks like the singer from Nickelback designed this.

  11. Tom says:

Bought a Liberty bottle in this color at sportsman’s whorehouse last week so I’m not real sure on the sneak peak part of this. Didn’t lose it in the snow hunting either.

  12. joe says:

Great. Now where’s the raver pink colorway?

  13. kingof9x says:

Can I get San Francisco Giants hat with that pattern? That would look sick!

  14. bulldog76 says:

    still better than ucp …..

  15. AbnMedOps says:

Color aside, am I the only person who finds this “Kryptek” stuff to have such a creepy, vaguely reptilian, aesthetic that one would prefer to not physically touch (let alone wear) it? It just looks like some horrid Goth / death-freak garbage on a doper-teenager t-shirt. Or disfiguring tattoo, like Ahhhhclever noted.

    Now get off my lawn.

    • SSD says:

Remember the Camo hex nets? Think about what they look like from the side when they are set up. That’s Kryptek.

  16. defensor fortisimo says:

And just like that, the air force no longer has a monopoly on the tactical Hawaiian market.

  17. John says:

    Awesome
