Salesperson

Looking for an outgoing, motivated sales person with energy, fresh ideas, and perseverance. Military or law enforcement experience is a plus but not required. A love of tactical gear, gear design, and working with our nation’s heroes is a must. Experience in sales and referrals are required. Understanding of digital advertising concepts also required. Salespeople who wait for the phone to ring need not apply. Job is primarily in office, but travel to trade shows and customer sites is required.

Operations Manager

Looking for a person with experience in production operations, preferably in sewing industry. Baseline requirements: Improves the operational efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of the production staff. Responsible for planning, reporting, and building key metrics, as well as increasing the speed of throughput and meeting delivery dates. The position covers Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri and southern Illinois and will serve as the accounts manager within that area.

The RSM will be responsible for developing the necessary plans to achieve the territory sales goals. Additionally, the RSM will develop critical business plan objectives through cultivating and building CTC’s regional dealer base, increasing customer loyalty in the area, and focusing on enhancing distributor and dealer relationships. This CTC employee will conduct training with in-store staff and also with distributors and at gun ranges. The RSM will be responsible for promoting and providing POP displays and signage for dealers.

Crimson Trace RSMs must analyze the assigned territory business opportunities and challenges, then develop and implement a productive sales plan to grow CTC’s market share and profitability within the territory.
