Huntsville, AL – The Board of Directors of Remington Outdoor Company (“ROC”), one of the world’s leading designers and manufacturers of firearms, ammunition, and related products, has appointed Anthony Acitelli as Chairman of the Board effective immediately.
Mr. Acitelli is a respected industry veteran with twenty plus years of leadership experience. Mr. Acitelli currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of ROC. In addition to successfully leading sales and marketing organizations, Mr. Acitelli most recently served as CEO of Taurus Holdings.
Mr. Acitelli, CEO and Chairman of the Board, concluded, “I want to thank the board for their support and leadership as we transition and look to the future of our business and brands. Mr. Acitelli holds a Master of Business Administration from Thunderbird Global School of Management and a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.
