Element Group LLC is looking for creative and talented individual with the drive and enthusiasm to join a fast paced company which designs, engineers, tests and evaluates safety, tactical and technical equipment. Ideal Element Group candidates are intelligent, creative self-starters who enjoy working around entrepreneurs and can thrive in ambiguous environments.

The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. The Program Manager position is a launching point to an Element Group career; successful candidates will have no shortage of advancement opportunities.

Duties: Provide program management for the production of safety and tactical equipment for military and Law Enforcement personnel, oversee the design and development of tactical nylon equipment, assist in tradeshows and marketing events, cross training in all functions, support the management team with executive level ad-hoc tasks. Some national as well as international travel required.

Required Qualifications:
-Current Security Clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance
-All candidates must have a desire to work in a fast-paced fluid entrepreneurial environment
-Experience with MS/Mac Office and web based email and document sharing applications
-Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
-Prior Military, Federal Service, or Law Enforcement experienced
-PMP certification
