Slangvel Teaser from Slangvel

Here’s another slangvel teaser from Slangvel, maker of things cool and camouflage. He sent these images of a test garment along to show a contrast between the camo and the 500 denier cordura coyote on the smock. The Cordura he has chosen blends with the Pencott Badlands as well as MultiCam.

    Looks like digitized Swiss Camo

That’s the “Mountain Stalker” camo that’s been around since before MARPAT became widely available commercially. There used to also be “Jungle Stalker” (which used Woodland colours) and “Street Stalker” which used urban greys and blues.

“Jungle Stalker” was pulled from the market years ago becuase the US Navy thought it infringed on their MARPAT patent.

I believe they were all produced by Propper, if I remember correctly.

That dude,Slangvel,is one sewin’ MoFo. His stuff is not just well made,it is HAND-MADE, something rare anymore. In these days of mass production and poor QC, he still makes everything himself, and it is top-notch!

I have at LEAST 3 of his boonie hats,1 of which (in DCU) has lasted 4 deployments, and the occasional FTX and it is STILL going strong. I cant wait to see some of these jackets, and for a eval of them, and their price range.

You cant go wrong ordering from him,he is a great “stich bitch”, and a good dude to boot!
