The Morrison System is Live

Morrison Industries, LTD has released their new military training program and website. The Morrison System is the first and only system of physical training specifically designed for special operations forces It was designed specifically to address shortcomings in current US military physical fitness training regimes. The system is composed of three parts; a 272 page book, 111 page planning workbook, and membership-based support website which contains a library of tutorial videos, articles, questions & answers and supporting documents.

Despite its focus, The Morrison System is available to the general public and uses a principle-based programming model. It can be adapted to accommodate any training goal or modality. Examples include calisthenics, kettlebell training, running, swimming, powerlifting, etc.

    The only time I roll on the ground that much is after FRAN, or while I am crushing daisies (aka F*#king). Well I am glad the Russians take fat guys in tactical clothing rolling on the ground serious, people should should take it serious. People if you see a fat guy rolling around on the ground like this call 911 he could be having a heart attack or something. If anyone really wants to learn some kick ass stuff look up Tim Kennedy’s stuff on youtube. He goes over the Indian burn and pink belly and other secret classified moves of the “special forces,” you know the guys in the short HMMWVs who wear those small retard helmets.
