Camelbak is officially launching the Mil Spec Antidote reservoir at this week’s Warrior Expo East. The Antidote is the reservoir used in the new USMC Pack. At the show it will be displayed with the ThermoBak AB and Ambush and also offered as a stand-alone accessory system.
Mil Spec Antidote features include:
-NEW fill port – lower profile, lighter, opens with 1/4 turn. Can’t be overtightened. Easily accessible.
-NEW unique low profile shape reduces “reservoir stack” for operating in vehicles or tight spaces.
-NEW self-sealing Quick Link at reservoir and manual QL Hydro Lock for easy refill and instant on-the-move component interchangeability.
-Patented Big Bite valve offers true “drink and drop” hands-free operation.
-Covered by Camelbak’s “Got Your Bak” lifetime guarantee.
Camelbak products are available for unit and agency purchase through ADS Inc. And, make sure you check out the full line this week at Warrior Expo East.

I would also like to see a couple other options in foliage green from Camelbak. Specifically the Tri-zip and the Armorbak. It also would be nice to see the Pakteen in something other than black.
The Mystery Ranch 3DAP–the (much, much better) pack the Tri-zip is based on–IS available in Foliage.
Thanks, I already knew that.
Is it me or did they sneakily copy Source by using some of the same features? I like Source 5 Times better and can’t believe the Corps ditched them.
Some of the features found in Source’s bladders themselves were taken from other brand bladders as well.
I’ve been using Source bladders instead of Camelbak’s for about a year now, and really like them too. But, I am going back to Camelbak’s, because they still have features I prefer. I’ve just been waiting for this new redesign for a while now.
