It’s a split front design with plenty of carrying capacity for the items you need including 2 radio/GP pockets.
The mag pouches are fully adaptable to a variety of loads thanks to a family of adapters.

Does anyone know if the Med insert will fit in the Gen IV UW? Specifically the “radio/GP” pouch on the side?

My apologies. The Gen V Med Insert. The radio/GP pouch on the Gen V split front looks like its slightly bigger than the Gen IV UW radio/GP pouch.
Where can you buy the insert? I didn’t see it on their website.
I’m guessing it should fit. If not, the SOE one will fit in the gen4 radio pockets.
