We always strive to do the right thing for our customers, and with that in mind, I will have my team work diligently to correct the high shipping and handling charges associate with shipping smaller parts, accessories, and apparel that we currently offer on our website. I have tasked my team with finding a solution to the higher than acceptable charges, and we will have a plan in effect by the month’s end. Until the point where we can implement that plan, I will not charge for shipping or handling on any product offered for sale on our website(s). I appreciate your understanding and patience while we correct our shortcoming. I placed an order partly because of this blog post on 8/9/13. It is 8/14 and it hasn’t even shipped.
I will not buy again.
RETRACTION
Although it did not appear as shipped on the website, I was able to get some information from the updated invoice and from some emails that went into my junk folder.
The item was shipped on 8/12 and delivered on 8/14.
I am both embarrassed at my lack of attention to detail and Daniel Defense’s processing and shipping times.
I will definitely buy again.
