Kopis Mobile – NTtv Video Segments Part 2 – Various Environments

In this second in a week-long series of videos from Kopis Mobile, Kopis demonstrates how their Networked Tactical Television (NTtv) system is functional in a variety of environments, and how it can be adapted for use with tools such as an unmanned aerial vehicle or attached to a K9 unit’s harness.

I understand that having the capability to view updates through advanced cell phones gives options, but is there a means to not have another block on your wrist- some smaller, single-purpose view device?
How secure is the network when the helicopter gets shot down, the RV picked up, or taken from the dog? I’m thinking for sustained problems (hostage).

  2. It’s got a “neato” factor, I’ll say.
This could be useful in certain situations, but questions or concerns include:
    What does the system weigh?
    Water resistance of system?
What happens in an CREW/Growler/CC environment?
If the smart device takes a hit, does it keep transmitting?
What kind of batteries? (Chemistry, non-recharge/recharge, life span, is it already in the system…like a 5590?)
Do all components that take a charge take both 110v & 220v input natively?
Other methods to manipulate, IOT prevent inhibition of weapon operation?
    Day/night options?
    Audio, as well as video?
Seems like cable management could be an issue.

I don’t expect answers (esp Freq Man stuff), but these are the things that come to mind.

Some of those issues you’ve raised definitely won’t be addressed in an open forum. If you’re really a customer, all you have to do is hit that link button and open a dialogue with the guys at Kopis. If you’re not, why are you kicking the tires so hard? The first video it was that the videos weren’t accurate enough for you. Today, it’s technical questions that are beyond the scope of a short video. Do you work for a competitor?
