     It’s a patch from the American Milsim series of airsoft simulation for completing courses they offer or events.

     AMS is partnered with LBX

     Most likely an event patch from American Milsim. Each event you get 1, and can trade in for a 5 to consolidate when you get 5. Just a way to show attendance. (Not sure why the circle behind is red though. That’s likely to have a leadership connotation.)

       The Red circle Star patch is for participation in a Direct Action Mission at an AMS event
