    FYI. I busted the zipper on a Go Bag and asked them to repair if for me. After sending them all the pics they asked for, they dropped the ball and I never heard from them again. I ended up throwing away the bag because it was unserviceable. It was a good piece of kit I used for my rappelling gear. I miss the bag… but I won’t purchase any more S.O. Tech gear because of the service issues.

      Hi John, I’m sorry to hear about your bag. We are normally on top of all RMA requests and I monitor all incoming customer service emails daily.
