SIG SAUER - Never Settle

Sneak Peek – Something New from Velocity Systems?

A cool, beach influenced prototype from Velocity Systems was spotted at this week’s Connecticut SWAT Challenge. You’re definitely not going to be the guy, trying not to look like the guy, in this shirt.  Totally conceptual so far, the Point Break Pullover, is what happens when a tactical company lets a “surf first” employee run with an idea. But, if there’s enough interest, it might just make it from sample room to show room.

Made from a 5 oz 98/2 nylon spandex blend. DWR. Uber stretchy, water, rain, debris repellent. Single large chest pocket, Canadian buttons and great style.

What do you think?

  4. Dev says:

Ditch the pocket and it’ll be perfect.

  5. bulldog76 says:

that pocket reminds me of the pocket on the 1858 sack coat lol

    “gimme two Utah”

Do it. Get those stich bitches to work.

  11. Mike Nomad says:

concealed plastic snap buttons for the pocket, split seam on the sides at the hem, call it a day.

  12. Paul says:

    Yes, please.

  13. d says:

Yep. With a hidden, or at least smaller, logo preferably.

  14. Chuck says:

Conceal the buttons on the neck with another layer on the outside. Good looking shirt.

    • Invictus says:

The use of the Canadian style buttons says to me that they are likely on display as a design cue. Smaller buttons would work better for a smooth placket like you’re describing.

  15. Beau says:

You had me at “point break pullover”. I’d buy it.

  16. Erik says:

I can dig it. I’m glad to see hook and loop on the arms being omitted.

  17. Kris says:

    I’d rock it

  18. J.V. says:

Yes, build it and they will come!!!

  19. Jack says:

Ain’t that homeboy Mike T? Nice going!

  20. Kemp says:

Add long sleeves with the same slotted buttons and we have a winner!

  21. straps says:

I like. Matching (not contrasting) buttons would be nice. Smaller logo. Long-sleeved option.

  22. Wake27 says:

Not a fan of the buttons but I the BOSS Rugby is the best thing I’ve ever worn so I’d give it a shot.

  23. Luke says:

another vote for two pockets but half-button with slotted buttons is something the world needs more of.
I’d probably buy long and short sleeve versions.

    Assuming it’s woven but I can’t tell 100%?

  24. Adam says:

I’d buy one. It’s a nice variation of the solid polo that seems like it can stand up to some actual use.

    • Adam says:

How does the pocket secure? I could certainly do without the logo, but It wouldn’t keep me from buying one.

  25. matty says:

    Give it to me!

  26. jbsf3 says:

Down for at least one, hope this makes it in to production!

  27. bob says:

    Do it!

  28. Rob says:

Little hand says it’s time to rock and roll. Do it!
