Sneak Peek – SIDELOK Aimpoint Micro Mount from Kinetic Development Group

  
Kinetic Development Group recently unveiled their new Aimpoint Micro Mount for the T1, T2, H1 and H2.  This 1/3 lower cowitness mount incorporates their Picatinny rail compatible SIDELOK attachment system which features a simple push button release.  Coming soon.

    The consistency comes from the tight geometry of the mount, however, it has to be slid onto the rail, right? It can’t be rocked into plate like 99% of other picatinny mounts.

    I think their efforts in this mounting system are commendable, but they are considerably expensive compared to other proven mounting systems.

    The guys at KDG are doing some great stuff. Products on the cutting edge are always going to come at a premium price. If you want cheap, buy your mounts at Bass Pro or something.

    Is there anything to prevent it from getting accidentally pushed? Most levers “lock in”–just wanted to know if this does.
