Team Wendy hrecently launched an update to their website. First off, you’ll notice that they’ve broken out their customer base into Military, Law Enforcement, Search and Rescue and a new one called Adventure. Apparently, they’re planning on once again offering a Ski helmet. For those of you who know the origin story of Team Wendy, this is a cool move.
Other than a new look, you’ll also find a new blog area which will be updated weekly with various posts about their industry partners, charity organizations they support, new products, and the science and technology behind what they do. There is also a section to identify authorized dealers/sales agents worldwide.

Team Wendy makes solid top tier products that protect LE and Military. I have never read, seen, or heard anything that says they support Hillary – but they do support our troops. I like coffee from Starbuck’s, I don’t research their political positions before I go buy a cup.

I’m surprised that you are even putting Team Wendy on your site after the Hillary ordeal. I hear all the chatter about TW making good products, I don’t think anyone is denying that. Regardless of how good their products are, I felt like it was a slap in the face to all military and law enforcement when TW showed support for her. Because she definitely doesn’t support the military or law enforcement. That plus the fact that she wants to take away our Second Ammendment makes me wonder how any red blooded, gun toting American could ever support her. I think it was a poor business move on TW’s part. I know they lost my business. I was all set to buy one of their ballistic helmets, but after inviting Hillary, I went with Ops Core instead. Maybe TW doesn’t care about the individual market. Maybe they’re banking on her becoming President and then giving them all the government contracts for helmets.
Since Ops-Core’s parent company Gentex donates heavily to Clinton as well as other democratic politicians, you’ve played right into their hands. You should have bought a Russian helmet, the only ones who support Trump.

SSD is merely doing what they do, publicizing companies press releases. No endorsement is implied. All this site has done is publish press releases and comments. Clinton, nor TW has been “endorsed”. No one here said they gave money to any candidate, and if they did, isn’t that a right we still have here? C’mon people.
Companies rarely if ever deny a presidential candidate a visit to the offices/factories. The fact that an event was held there means nothing to me. Since when did conservatives start getting butt hurt so easily? How many of you have forgotten that Trump donated to previous Clinton and Harry Reid campaigns?????

If anyone actually remembers, SSD has posted his political viewpoints, they are completely different from the Clinton’s, and he has said multiple times that he purposely downplays the politicslal rhetoric to keep this site’s focus on developments in the defense and tactical industry.
