I totally agree with you about the “cost haters” on here, but saying SF is a solid business might be a bit of a stretch…though I do love them and wish them the best.
Surefire was the best company for flashlights some years ago- not cheap, however their service was worth every penny.
They tried to get international Customers but are no more supporting them with customer service.
Tried to contact Surefire on various way for replacement parts for my duty light -no answer, no parts! So Surefire – if you do not want to support european customers do not sell yout Products in Europe.
It’s all for the video. It bothers me too. It wouldn’t look cool if there were just shadows walking through the hall using IR light. The NVG in the daylight situation is something I never understand how it gets into the final video. At least color grade it to look like it is night.
Its an absolutly kickass video, but they forgot to put in…’warning our products are overpriced’!!
Let me correct that for you ‘warning our products are overpriced, for Gerard’!!
I don’t think Gerard is the only one who holds that opinion. Their products are typically more expensive than most of their competition.
And yet, they stay in business.
Gotta love those gov. contracts

I’ll take “People who don’t understand the cost of American development and manufacturing for $200, Alex!”
^ bingo
Lol, in all seriousness, I remain addicted to Surefire, going back ages
All that product development and engineering costs $$$. If it wasn’t for SF, I might still have a 2 C cell mag lite zip tied to my rifle.
Well I still miss the 3 cell in place of my night stick back in the day! It was a workhorse!
Zodiac ???? Lol
I love their flashlights, I would love to love their cans, but still waiting on 2 suppressors ordered 6 months ago.
Holy crap. It looks like Surefire just invaded Arizona:-)
Somebody call McMillan. We need a CT Team!
Didn’t show the part where the SF can locks to the SOCOM mount and needs to be shot off? Weird!
Interesting to see the Magpul D60 being used and not the SF MAG5-60 in the video.
Interesting that they post of video of guys using a Magpul 60rd drum mag instead of advertising their own 60rd mags. Wonder why they would do that.
Am I the only one who kept expecting to see either one of the Bugs from ‘Starship Troopers’ or the Bitch from ‘Aliens’ at the end of that vid?
I’d offer them a commemorative watch, but I suspect that they’d just make a light out of it.

A lotta half face blades influence and tyler grey, those guys are killing it!
What am I missing? Pano NVGs on during daylight, white light during night.
