Norway’s Devold exhibited their new Tinden Spacer Jacket. This Hooded insulation layer is made from two different weights of stretch, Merino Wool blends and was a Gold winner at the recent ISPO outdoor products show, here in Germany.
The Spacer material which is designed to crate air pockets for insulation consists of 75% Merino Wool, 24% Polyster, and 1% Elastane with a weight of 320 g/m2. The rest of the garment is made from a material consisting of 78% Merino Wool, 18% Polyster, and 4% Elastane with a weight of 350 g/m2.
The Spacer Jacket features a high collar with hood, chest pocket with zip, articulated elbow, two front handwarmer pockets, and thumbhole cuffs.
Devold also offers vests and 3/4 length pants, for both men and women, featuring this Spacer construction.

I saw this and their wool softshell jacket (imagine a PCU level 5 made from wool…) at ISPO. Devold have really made some power moves with their products the last few years.
Does anyone have an opinion on if this would be applicable to wear under a dry suit?
My dogs hair will absolutely love that jacket!
