Easton, PA – April 11, 2017 – Scalarworks, manufacturer of high-performance firearm accessories, is pleased to introduce the Sync mount for Aimpoint Micro sights. The Sync is a low-profile optic mount that features an integral platform for the Aimpoint Micro line of red dot sights – as well as Micro compatible clones.

The Sync allows an Aimpoint Micro sight to be co-witnessed without obstructing one’s sight picture, and is the only optic mount for shotguns to be attached with 4 screws, thanks to our proprietary key-slot internal mounting system (Patent pending). The Sync is CNC milled from ultra high-strength 7075-T6 Hard coat anodized Aluminum, and weighs a mere 0.69oz (including custom CNC turned fasteners).

The Sync is compatible with all factory drilled and tapped Benelli shotguns, as well as most other shotguns with some gunsmithing. A drill and tap guide is available for download on our website.

The Sync is made in the USA, includes a limited lifetime warranty, and is available now from Scalarworks.com.

  1. Gearhead says:

I really dig this mount but to use it I’d have to delete my mesa shell carrier and I don’t how I feel about velcro.

    • Leon Vickers says:

I feel you. But, the side shell carrier makes the M4 much more cumbersome, and single shell loading from the carrier will always be slower than double loading from a belt based carrier.

  2. Adun says:

Does the Primary Arms enhanced red dot use the same mounts as the Aimpoint Micros?

I literally just put a pic rail on my Benelli Supernova, but would be happy to switch things out if it means I can have my optic co-witness with my existing sights.

And yes, I am on the Aimpoint train, I just don’t need one one a shotgun which I don’t use very frequently.

  3. OkieRim says:

Not needed, just point that scattergun and squeeze your trigger, the spread will take care of the rest…. /s

  4. Brando says:

Oh yay, I can finally upgrade my nearly 20 year old M3 Super 90!

  5. MidGasFan says:

This is awesome and I really, really hope they make these for Mossberg 590 and of course the ever popular Remington 870/1100 series!

We’ve got simple red dot mounting solutions for our rifles and pistols, shotguns should not be overlooked.
