Synergy Light 360

Some of the best products out there were created out of necessity. That’s the case with the Synergy Light 360 which was invented by a law enforcement officer.

In addition to 1000 lumens if white light, the Synergy also offers IR light for covert lighting.

While the light can be used to offer 360 degrees of light to most any application, the concept of placing it on the windshield to illuminate the interior of a car during a traffic stop has great implications for officer safety.

This is a great idea and it seems to be well executed. Pricing is $199 for the all white led version which is not bad as far as these things go, IMO. If I had a LEO in the family, I would gift one.

This could be useful even if you are not LE. I’m thinking camping and hurricane preparation.

That was my plan, add it to my bug out bag. Too bad I can’t afford the $200 price tag.

We have been evaluating throw lights; the traffic stop function of this light is really innovative. Thank you SSD for this post. Will check it out soon.

    Great idea!!
I’d think $120-$140 would be a more fair price, but why not make money while you’re the only game in town.

  5. We worked very hard to keep pricing as low as possible however all units have a micro controller (a small computer), an array of sensors and between 8 and 16 LED’s which drives the cost. Synergy Lights are 100 percent manufactured in the US. The all white unit’s retails for $200.00. Which is very reasonable when you consider it truely can produce 1000 lumens and has been built to sustain being thrown. Hope that helps to explain pricing. The only way to reduce the cost further is to manufacture outside the US but this would require us to compromise the quality which we simply refuse to do.
