Return of the TangoDown iO Cover for the Aimpoint T-1 Optic

TangoDown is pleased to announce the return of the iO Cover for the Aimpoint™ T-1 (iO-003). The iO-003 maintains the same sleek & snug fit of the original iO cover.

Manufactured from durable thermoplastic polyurethane, the caps resist solvents, oils and UV exposure. Additionally, they accept most spray paints and hydro-dip processes.

The iO-003 accommodates the following optics only: Aimpoint™ T-1/H-1/R-1

  1. Great price, great product from a great company.

I wonder if the elevation protection ears will keep it from working with the T-2; the original iOs could be stretched to fit the T-2s decently.

Just realized it’s for the T1 not the T2 . WTF tango down this is 2017 not 2010

      Default,

The new iO T-1 cover cannot be used on the T-2, but see below reply.

      Ryan,

The T-2 version is on the way and will be available in the next few weeks. Try a good decaf while you are waiting-

        Great reply from Tango Down…LOL

        • JC says:

Thanks, PT. We keep it light here : )

BTW, Ryan- the T-2 was released in 2015, not 2010. Please calibrate your WayBack machine accordingly.

The Micro T1 came out in 2007, and we started seeing aftermarket accessories in 2010. When the Chris Costa training hype was trending.

The T1 is old, and everyone has turned their sights to its successor the T2, and MRO. Manufacturers have stopped making T1 only stuff.

And BTW your website doesn’t open when I travel. Only when I’m stateside I can access it normally.

I’ll keep my fingers crossed, and wait for the T2 case instead.

        @JC

Next few weeks my a** it’s never coming out

Will this new version (iO-003) still fit the Primary Arms MD-ADS like the iO-001 did?
