Whether your needs are duty, home defense, CCW, or just hitting the target every time at the range, our pistols will increase your confidence and help you improve.”
The company’s ownership and staff have not changed.
Interesting to leave such a recognizable name like STI…..maybe to leave behind some of the QA issue resentment as they shift away from shooting sports and focus on the personal/defense guns?
This. They had a great rep until they didn’t and to fully separate themselves from the bad chapters of their history, they rebrand. Common marketing tool based off about 18 months of good press.
That’s my guess, they had a not so great reputation for quality for a while and even after stepping it up A LOT people still think they’re as bad as a few years back. New management, new name.
