I’ve shot a few Nationals with Ben. He is a true phenom and what he says here is Solid Truth! I’ve said for the past 20 years that dryfire is a great tool but “recoil changes things”. Multi-Shot Drills that work on recoil management, tracking of the sights and accuracy at speed are the core of live fire pistol training and required beyond your dry fire routines. I dry fire a lot! My live fire training regime focuses on draw to first hit and follow up shots at the speed I can see my sights while maintaining a level of accuracy at various distances. The level of accuracy required is a completely different discussion.
